At SSN Medical Products, we employ the latest innovations in production technology, based on German and Korean designs. We feel this is absolutely necessary in order to fulfill our quality pledge. |

The condoms are then individually tested on our electronic testing machines, which incorporate Programmable Logic Control (PLC) automation to accurately reject those with holes, up to micron size levels. |

From there on, the condoms are individually lubricated and foiled on our sealing machines, which not only offer tight and leakproof seals but also accurate dosage of lubricant up to a tolerance of 1/100th of a gram. |

Besides the production machines, raw materials play an equally important role in determining the quality of our condoms. The raw materials that we use in our production are all certified medical and USP grade. We only source latex, our main raw material, from one of the world’s most reputable supplier and formulator of raw latex. | |||||
